Payment and Reservation conditions: 

The minimum advance to reserve is 24 hours. To confirm the reservation a 30% deposit is required. 50% of the amount is due in case of cancellation communicated within 60 days from the date of arrival. The entire amount is due in case of cancellation communicated within 30 days from the date of arrival.

Balance is required at the check in, upon delivery of the keys, together with a deposit of 200.00 € cash , which will be returned on the day of departure, upon restitution of the keys, and the tourists city tax 2.00 € 

Children under 16 are not accepted. 

Arrival and Departure:

The accommodation will be available for check in from 16.00 and no later than 20.00. The day of departure the house must be left no later than 10.00.
